I ended up using two hands to hold down the keys while hitting the switch on my power strip with my foot. I did see the Rom startup icon. I'm going to use Resedit tonight to find the hidden folder. That should make up for the fact that the developer names are no longer engraved on the inside of the Classic case. Also Macsbug is included in the Rom startup software. Ron
