I am told that some of the HyperCard 'clones' for the IBM PC, perhaps
ToolBook among them, have a scripting language which is 'word for word'
HyperTalk.  If this is true I am curious as to whether HyperTalk has the
same legal status as FORTRAN or C or other languages.  ie, can anyone
write their own interpreter for HyperTalk?
