I need to find an XCMD/XFNC which can read in any resource from
an external source file, and return it to me in text form.  The
resource contains only text, but in a pascal string format, which
I can convert myself, but I need something to get it for me.

Does anyone have such a XCMD/XFNC, and if yes could you please
send it to me?  Unfortunately I do not have FTP access, so if all
you can give me is a FTP location then I'm hosed.
