Subject: Read access denied at an FTP site....

I FTPed to UB-MTS.CC.UMICH.EDU and was successful in downloading a few files.
However, there were some to which I was denied READ access.
For example, when i tried to download 
PC2:INIT/BEEPSHU, the following happened:

ftp> get PC2:INIT/BEEPSHU beepshu
200 PORT command successful.
550 Read access not allowed.

I should mention that I was able to download some files from the same directory
with similar commands. Does any body know how I could get a hold of the site
moderator, so that I could inform him of this. Secondly, does anybody know 
another site where I could find this INIT. It will play a sound at random
froma list of sounds, instead of the same old System beep, or monkey, or
whatever....
