Hi people.

I am writing an application which uses a modless dialog.  I also use
WaitNextEvent.  Even though I call IsDialogEvent after the WNE, and
call SelectDialog after that, my insertion cursor don't blink.  It
doesn't even show up!

I also track window regions to see what my cursor should be.  Once
I go into my modeless dialog, I call InitCursor once (until I leave
the region).

Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks.  B
