I have an fx that crashes with an id =10 error every time I launch
either NCSA Telnet or the MacEnvy CDEV.  Since both of them look at the
bus, and since there is a 10 in the Slot Mgr error list ("SDM jump table
could not be initialized), do I have a hardware problem?  I've done the
obvious things like taking all the inits out etc.

If you've seen this or you have a clue, I would really appreciate
hearing from you.
