I rewrote ShowINIT so that it uses icl4, icl8 and ICN#'s (and no longer supports cicn).  
I haven't distributed it, and have only used it interanally where I work...  If there is
an interest, and someone knows the legality of distributing it modified (I didn't get
the original authors permission..) I'd be happy to share it..  (It's still in MPW asm.)
