(Still waiting on delivery) Now I want to upgrade the RAM from 8 Meg to ?. I called NeXT and they quoted me a price of some ridiculous amount for an upgrade. If the memory in the next is SIMMS then why can't I use regular SIMMS? These are pretty cheap, even the 4MB chips.I asked NeXT and they said that the replacement/upgrade SIMMS are MacStandard 30 pin 100ns SIMMS? Anyway the point to this is I would like all information I can get on what and what does not work (memory) in the NeXT. If I get alot of responses I will post a summary. -derek@stdb.jhuapl.edu Applied Physics Lab
