Next shipped an interim version of Mathematica (version 1.2) to the OSU
computer store.  It arrived today on a single 2.88Mb ED diskette.  The
local computer store is allowed to distribute this software to anyone who
has purchased an 040 NeXT or Ver2.0 software upgrade -- NO COST.

The installer requires about 15Mb of free disk space to do it's job.  When
it's done, the software only takes about 6-7Mb.  I haven't seen the instruction
sheet yet, but apparently you have to do some file removal yourself to get the
disk usage down to the 6-7Mb 'streamlined' version.
