HELP!!!!

I have Advanced Netware 2.15 and I want to get the updated shells
to run Window 3.0

I've download dswin1 through dswin4 and unzipped them into my
/generate/netware/... directories.  I run the "new, simple" :-(
shgen program, but when shgen tries to link my new ipx.com it 
complains about "An error occured while linkink IPX. Error = 9.
<Press Escape to Continue>" and then complains about "An error 
occured while configuring IPX. Error =1".

Any hints or suggestions would be appreciated.
