Hello,
	We are trying to bring up a new T1 connection to
a p4200 ( Protoen CPU, Proteon Eth, ProNET-10, 2 COM-2's ).
The gateway is running 8.3. I tryed to disable the interface
while we were testing the T1 line. Instead of disabling the 
interface, the gateway reloaded! (And when it came back, the 
interface was not disabled :-( It does this repeatably. 
Has anyone else seen this?
