We have a printer hooked on to a Sun and from a Iris machine I use lpr
to print files across the Network. My only problem is that when file size
gets too large ( > 1 or 1.5 Meg) the printer keeps waiting eternally. I have
also tried using the -s flag for a symbolic link and I think the Sun is unable
to generate a symbolic link over the net. 

Are there any other ways than physically breaking the file to be printed into
smaller files?
