I can read the tape into a file, but the conversion in to SGI style floats and integers is not done. Does any one out there have some PD code or a code segment of code that will do this? I have the part of the Fortran program that does the reads and I will be converting it to C. Any help, including what the VAX Fortran binary format is would be greatly appreciated.
