Can the same port be used for both dial-in and dial-out?  I seem to remember
reading somewhere that SVR2 doesn't allow this, and I can't get this to work
under A/UX 2.0.  Also, will 2.0.1 look for CD from the modem on GPi so HSKi
can be used for hardware handshaking?  I hope so, since right now I have to
use two cables, one for SmartCom II hardware handshaking under the MacOS and
one for dial-in under A/UX 2.0.
