Our system admin has set up sush privledges for Lab Assistants.
Included is /usr/ucb/lprm, when lprm is used to attempt to 
remove jobs from the queue, the following error is given:

	cfa832sjfc: Permission Denied    ( tried just plain lprm )

The program is set up on our system( BSD4.3 on Vax11/785 ) as:

-rws--s--x   1		36864	Jun 6 1986	lprm


Can anyone offer any help ?
