I would presume that it's still there, but I'd check the SIMTEL 20 Archives MS-DOS area(s) or one of the mirrors first. I'd also look at gatekeeper.dec.com. Gatekeeper seems to have EVERYTHING and them some. I think the package was called TP2C or P2C or somesuch. Hope this helps.
