Would the person who maintains the FAQ (thanks) please add this to the
FAQ? 

One easy solution is to get rid of NDOSEDIT *and* command.com, and
replace them with 4Dos. 4dos is a command.com replacedment, and
features, among lots of other things, a command line editor.

(other things include filename completion, moving files, aliases,
powerful batch language etc etc.)
