I read a posting earlier indicating that Actor 3.0 was available at $99 from
some "GUI group".  Well, I have (right in front of me) a letter, glossy, and
purchase form for Actor 3.0 at $99 plus shipping and handling directly from
the Whitewater Group, i.e. NO MIDDLEMEN!  Based on the glossy, it is the full
development system.  The offer is good until April 1st only.  Their phone number
