Does anyone have any experience with the following (or any other) GUI code
generators ?

CaseWorks
ProtoView
WindowsMaker
Actor
WinTrieve

I am interested in being able to quickly produce a handsome user interface
while being able to interface to existing low level C code. Support for color
and sound would be a plus. The users of this package will be experienced C
developers.
