What do I get with it? Is it just a C++ compiler that is win3 kernel callable? i.e. I can call the sdk functions. OR is it a C++ compiler with a nice set of graphics classes predefined that encapsulate some of the win functions, such as window, button, scrollbar, control,..I don't have to reinvent the wheel. I surely hope this is the case and I don't have to buy someone else class libraries. wondering...
