	Hi. I'm a CS student in Mexico, and we're developing a project using
various graphical environments, like Macintosh, X-Windows and MS-Windows. We
want to keep some information about the windows independently of the run-time
platform, so we need to create dialogs in run time. The Microsoft documenta-
tion is not very clear about this. How do I create a dialog, without using
the resource file? Which function must I use?
