Turbo C++ can be had for $68 via mail order and the upgrade to Borland C++ is $149 (+ $10 shipping). Since you "just bought it" (ahem!) I understand that the upgrade price may be even lower. Add the SDK books at about $70 from most discount book houses and you can build Windows apps for less than $300. John Munsch
