	I have an SS 1+ with a cgthree.  We also have some bwtwo's
lying around (they come with Sparc 2's, and we yank those out and put in
RasterOps boards).  Which server will support both a cgthree and a bwtwo,
OpenWindows 2.0 and/or Mit R4?  My initial pass at the documentation seems
to indicate that OW will do it but not R4.

	Also, what about an egret (cg12) with a cgthree or bwtwo?
