The Sun SPARCstation1 with SunOS 4.1 that I use comes with the Openlook
interface toolkit (OLIT) as a standard widget set.  I was wondering if
this widget set is publically available.  

I am concerned that if I write programs that make use of this toolkit,
then I will be stuck with only running my programs on Suns.  

Specifically, I am interested in getting Openlook for an HP 9000 Series
300 workstation.
