I have a West (or is it Westbend?) Electric Wok that I got some years
ago.  With it came this great little cookbook..I now don't recall the
title.  It was softcover, and red.  Mrs. or Mama Somebody's Chinese
Cooking, I think.

Anyway, there was this one recipe in there that I made all the time,
for something called Jade Soup.  Then one day I took the book shopping
and LOST it! <sniffle>.

In particular I'd like the recipe for Jade Soup, although I'd love to
have the book again as well.

Jade Soup, as I recall, had a chicken stock base, and had spinach in it.
