They take about 10 minutes to prepare. Ingredients (original version): 2 large bags Ore-Ida Hash Browns 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cans cream of celery soup 1-1/2 cups sour cream 1 package shredded cheese Mix everything together and spread in a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes or until golden. Heart-smarter version: 2 large bags Ore-Ida Hash Browns 2 cans low-salt cr. mushroom soup 2 cans low-salt cr. celery soup 1-1/2 cups lofat yogurt 1 package shredded low-salt, low-fat cheese Enjoy! -Betsy Kelley
