VT16DP8 1K x 16 dual port SRAM. However, a call to VLSI yielded only a response that they've "discontinued all memory products" and a referal to another office that has failed to get back to me thus far. NEED: 64 byte x 16 dual port SRAM, ideally 80ns or faster QUESTION: Does someone else make the memories that VLSI used to make? I don't have my 1991 IC Master yet, so I haven't been able to look it up. ALTERNATIVELY: Does anyone make a similar part? Cypress and others make 2k x 8 x 2's which I can make due with, but I'd like something more elegant. Thnaks in advance!
