I'm looking for a source for ADC0820's (they're high speed, half flash, 8 bit a/d converters). The only mail order place I've found that carries them is Jameco, and they raised their minimum order to $50 recently. Does anyone know of any other possibilites, I'd rather not have to blow $50 every time I need to order one ? Also, if anyone knows of any other good a/d chips that can handle at least 100000 sam/sec for under $10 or so, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks ...
