I'd wager quite a number of sites "missed" it, since someone
forged a cancel message for it.  Probably the same someone who
cancelled part 2 of Kent Dolan's lharc posting a while back.

The fundamental problem here is that UNIX is now only $300.  UNIX and
USENET are now available in many High Schools.  Remember back when you
