We present the version 1 protocols for inter-domain policy routing 
(IDPR), which include the virtual gateway protocol, the domain status 
distribution protocol, the route synthesis procedure, the path setup 
protocol, and the message forwarding procedure. We also supply 
protocol usage recommendations to simplify implementation of IDPR.

type "cd internet-drafts".  Type "draft-ietf-idpr-specv1-00.txt" or
type "get draft-ietf-idpr-specv1-00.ps".
