Who first used the colorful :-) term an "angry fruit salad" to describe user
interfaces with bad use of too many colors?

A citation would of course be great, but I don't think it was formally
published. I recall hearing the metaphor at a fairly recent user interface
conference. Just the name of the speaker will do for my purpose (which is to
give proper credit to the originator).
