Subject: Trailblazer Plus won't connect to a T1600 - any ideas?

I have two TrailBlazers, one a TPlus and the other a T2500.  The T2500
has no problem when talking to a friend's T1600, but the TPlus cannot
connect at all. The T1600 does not pick up the line with the standard
TPlus/T2500 tones, and the TPlus drops down to 300 baud before giving
up trying to make a connection.  The TPlus talks to the T2500 with no
problem.

Is this a ROM difficulity?
