Can anyone tell me (us, the nets, the world?) about the ARC Digital Raster
Graphics format that the Defense Mapping Agency uses?

      A friend of mine has the following problem.  He is authorized to use
the DMA ADRG world map data.  However, he really wants to use some commerical
software called MAPINFO.  He needs to be able to convert ADRG into MAPINFO
format.

       Any advice??
