Chris, it sure looks like FSIN is using a floating point stack instead of the parameter stack. I would suspect that you need to "push" the input parameter onto the floating point stack before you call FSIN and "pop" the result back off before you can use it in your DACA word. What Forth are you using? Someone may be able to tell you how to make it work if we knew which one.
