we are going to try to get anonymous ftp going here for you to get it yourselves. Stand by
(but by no means hold your breath) for a follow-up posting documenting the what & the how.

BTW UQ Hope comes as source, so it's ``have C will travel'' as our slogan.

BTBTW UQ Hope is LAZY, not just for data structures.
