After this message, the Internet mailing list Info-VLSI is now dead.  I
have not had time to keep up with maintaining it, and the last time I asked
for volunteers to take it over, I got no offers.  If I get one, I'll gladly
give the current list of recipients and unfilled requests to the volunteer.

The newsgroup will live on.
