The last time we had someone try to pull this garbage on the net (the Stargate project) a bunch of people developed variations on the attached signature (the one I did then got quoted in a sociologist's study of the issues, a bit of an ego boost), which pretty thoroughly squashed that nonsense, since copyright violations carry real world penalties. The cost of trying to filter thousands of these copyright restricted articles out overwhelmed any value of restricting distribution of the collections.
