Perhaps there is a need to develop one. DECUServe is on the network thanks to the VMSnet working group. The address is USERNAME@eisner.decus.org. Someday, I hope to discover who "eisner" was. As for DCS, you are correct in that you can't send mail to it. Even if you have a DECUServe account you can't send mail to it. This is a policy that is (finally) beginning to change, and I hope that by Atlanta 1991 you will be able to send mail to anyone on DCS. We shall see...
