The discussion of splitting up the group bores me...
I remember that this discussion comes up once a year....

I suspect that the number of people that will NOT subscribe to both lists
will be rather small --- thus there will be little effect.

Since I am connected via a BITNET relay, it will be necessary that
both subgroups have a list server.
