I was reading the Whitewater Toolkit manual and they talked about how turbo pascal required the .RES files to be present when it ran it's linking stage. The whitewater toolkit is supplied by borland to allow you to edit icons, bitmaps, and such and attach them to exe files as resources. One of the outputs can be a .res file, the binary compiled file which normally is processed by the microsoft resource compile. Obviously things are moving along on TP for windows. bruce -- | Bruce O'Neel | internet : oneel@heasfs.gsfc.nasa.gov| | Code 664/STX | span : lheavx::oneel | | NASA/GSFC |compuserve: 72737,1315 | | Greenbelt MD 20771 | AT&Tnet : (301)-286-1119 |
