There is only two requirements to meet for sources posted to
comp.sources.reviewed:

   1)  There most be reviewers to review the source.
   
   2)  These reviewers and the moderator must be satisfied the quality
       of the source.

So to answer Your question: Yes, if You can find the
reviewers.
