Hi!

	I have aquirred a pdp-11/23 which has RSX-11M installed on it.
It is a twin RLO2 system with an additional RX01 added to it. What I
need is some software to run on it !. Does anybody know where I can get
some cheap ( read free !) software for this beast. I have an
alternative O/S, RT-11, which I can also use but again I have no
software. The machine appears to be a bit underpowered at present but I
think this is normal for this model. I'd like to upgrade but do not
know of anywhere to get surplus boards/hardware etc. Can anyone give
me any pointers ?

I have a copy of UNIX but it is for a I and D space machine which of
course I can't use. Does anybody know of a public domain or a copyleft
version of UNIX that will run on my machine ?

This machine is totally for hobby use and hence I am not willing to
spend a lot of cash on it. Please reply to N.M.TROOP@UK.AC.LUT. Thanks
