I was quite happy to finally find it and get it to my machine. However, upon running it, I found that it would not work. I get the initial screen (disclaimer). After hitting return, I get: Could not Get local inquiry data from the adapter. I have set the jumpers to the factory default positions, aand I've downloaded SCSICNTL.EXE 4 times. And to top that off, It ran succesfully once!!! Not the first time I ran it either. I cannot duplicate what I did to make it run successfully. After trying it 10 or 12 times, it ran and I could play around. It found my hard drive and everything. But I have since tried at least 50 times to run it without success. I've run it from A:, B:, C:, after running SETSCSI. I am getting frutrated. Here is my configuration: Micronics 386/33 ASIC with 64k cache and 4megs. Adaptec 1542B. Maxtor 8760S. PowerGraph VGA. ANy help or suggestions that anyone could offer would be much appreciated. I would really like to reformat My MAXTOR with 1K blocks. Nick Pope
