I apologize in advance if this is not the correct place to pose
the following query, but PCIP is a discussion 'related' to
the subject.

I am looking for information on X.409 data representation.  I have
RFC1014, but would like to look more into X.409's explicit data
typing.  Is there a discussion for X.4xx topics, or a place where
I can obtain standards documents, articles, or other literature.
