You can contact the JPEG group by mailing to jpeg@think.com, or (I may
be wrong on this one!  It's been a while!) ortiz@think.com.  Luis is
administrating the mailing list.

Current status: members of the group attended a recent meeting of JPEG
developers where a standard file format was discussed.  Currently
there *is* a test version written, although recent developments (i.e.
the conference) indicate that we may be switching which color-space we
work in.
