Maybe the permssions on the 'ipcs' executable are wrong. When I bought my 3b1 the "ipc's" weren't being loaded upon bootting. I got it to compile and run. I set the max player limit to 3 mainly because I'll never have more than 3 users on my system anyway. I haven't tried playing with two players yet. I did notice that one player was SLOW. I was thinking of slowing down the "clock daemon". Let me know what happens.
