There is a one page preview of Newtek's Video Toaster
on p.36 of the Feb. 26 issue of PC Magazine which begins...

"The Amiga has always been a fundamentally better video
machine than the PC..." 

and concludes that the Amiga/Toaster combo is to be seen
as the ideal video _peripheral_ for the PC (there was mention
of serial connections, ARexx, and MIDI control between the 
two machines).
