  I too am having problems with HandShake 2.20c.  My system is a bare 
bones 2000 1.2 ROM, 1.3 DOS.  GURU's seem random and plentiful.  It
doesn't seem to matter whether anything else is running on the system
or not, so it must be a problem internal to HandShake.
