I could have sworn I saw some talk about a IBM->Atari ST translator that exists on FidoNET. But why is everyone talking about IBM? Why not Macintosh programs? Though I am not anyting close to a professional programmer, I'd imagine programs that run off different computers with the same processor would share some op-codes, right? Even if that is not true, they do both have similar GUIs, windows, gadgets, and menu bars, ect. which shold make the translation easier and more like the original. I sincerly hope someone will pick up and persue these ideas, it would be very benificial for me and others - I'd love to run a nice pascal compiler like Turbo Pascal, and an excellent ANSI editor like TheDraw! - Steve Krulewitz - Fair Lawn, NJ -
