  In case you don't remember, it has a boat that blows through the water.

  Has anyone played this game? I can get to the big stretch of water, just
when the narcotics processing plant is in sight, and eventually I run out
of gas EVERY time, even though I enter on a full tank.
  Second, is it possible to blow up the airplanes (I can get the helicopters).
